How do I get started?

Yes, our Instructor can personalize your workouts for safety and effectiveness.

What Classes do you offer?
We offer Bungee, Bounce, Chair +Strength Training, HIIT, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Zumba, something for every fitness level and mood.
How experienced are your Instructors?
Our certified instructors are experts in their field, dedicated to your success and well-being.
Do I have to be in shape to start?
Absolutely not! We welcome all fitness levels and have Classes tailored to everyone.
Do you offer free trial?
No, unfortunately we do not offer free trials at this time. However, we do have occasional giveaways that include complimentary classes. Join our Facebook page, B-Fit Womens Studio, to stay up to date on all our festivities and giveaways.
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes, we have ample parking available for our members’ convenience.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a readiness to have fun and work out!
